Waltham Police are investigating a report of shots fired in a Waltham hotel parking lot last week.  

A police release said the incident appeared to take place around 3:40 a.m. on Friday, January 31 at Hyatt House at 54 Fourth Avenue.

 

Responding patrol officers discovered shell casings in the extended stay hotel parking lot.  

Massachusetts State Police Crime Scene Services assisted in processing the scene for evidence.

 

There was no property damage and no one was hurt, police said, and they believe the incident was isolated.
